Hello everyone!
This past January, JesusMusicOldies.com celebrated 12 years of broadcasting on Live365. It's been our pleasure to be the premiere voice of Jesus Music on the web these past twelve years.
For those new to the site, JesusMusicOldies.com is a web based radio station that broadcasts the best of the Jesus Music era, which included the 1960s and most of the 1970s. Artists from that era include 2nd Chapter of Acts, Barry McGuire, Larry Norman, Randy Stonehill, Phil Keaggy, Love Song, and the Maranatha! Music stable of groups and singers. Those artists and many more are featured on JesusMusicOldies web radio. To access the station and start relaxing to the music of those classic albums, just click on the "Listen" button and follow the instructions.
Many have asked how JMO is funded and who pays for it. Right now, the main funding comes out of my pocket. It costs about $60.00 a month to keep all the stations online and we have no corporate sponsors.
When asked, we let everyone know that if each listener would send just $1.00 a month, faithfully, we could continue on indefinitely. After posting that information, we have had several generous gifts given to us through our PayPal link on our website, and by the giving of gifts through Live365. I don't want to pull the plug on this outreach, which was the first of it's kind on the web. If you have been blessed by the music we've presented over these years, and can help us out, we will do our best to continue. From the hundreds of emails we have received over the years, we are humbled at being used of the Lord to bless so many.
If you are interested in helping us out, please find the PayPal button below, click it, then follow the instructions. Let's see what a dollar a month can do if each listener takes part. You may also give us a Gift Certificate through Live365. Our DJ name is Rockin' Rob and email address is radio@jesusmusicoldies.com . This goes directly into our billing account. The link to give Gift Certificates is:
JMO Gift Certificate.
Thanks for being there for the past twelve years. It's been a pleasure serving each one.
God bless,
Rob W. - Station Manager
